If you need to return your purchase, please contact the Vapespot customer service team to receive a Returns Authorisation number and return shipping information.
Please include the following information to help us quickly process your return:
- Order Number
- Phone number
- Reason for return
- Pictures of any fault or damage
- Action required, exchange/credit not/refund
The Vapespot team will happily offer a full refund, exchange or credit note if your items are:
- In their original packaging
- In saleable condition
- Are unopened and unused
- Are returned within 30 days of purchase
- Was not purchased as part of a sale or discount code promotion
- The product is faulty
- The product is not fit for the intended purpose
- The product does not match its description
Please allow up to 10 business days from the day we receive your return for your exchange, refund or credit note to be processed.
Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of pods, e-juice, liquids or other consumables. Please note that these items are non-refundable unless found to be faulty or not fit for purpose.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Vapespot reserves the right to refuse the refund or return of any items that appear to be dropped, tampered with or physically damaged.
